Twinkle Khanna rents two Mumbai apartments for Rs 1.85 lakh monthly
PTC News Desk: According to paperwork obtained by Zapkey, Twinkle Khanna and her sister Rinke Khanna rented two apartments in Mumbai for a starting monthly fee of Rs 1.85 lakh for a period of five years.
According to the paperwork, the property is situated on the fourth and fifth floors of an apartment building in Mumbai’s Khar (West).
The leave and license agreement indicated that the documents were registered on July 1. The records indicated that the rent for the first year is Rs 1.85 lakh, for the second year it is Rs 2.03 lakh, for the third year it is Rs 2.23 lakh, for the fourth year it is Rs 2.46 lakh, and for the fifth year it is Rs 2.70 lakh.

Documents viewed by Propstack revealed that in December of last year, Twinkle Khanna leased two ground floor commercial premises to a jewelry store in Khar (West), Mumbai, for Rs 3.11 lakh per month for the first year, Rs 3.26 lakh for the second year, and Rs 3.42 lakh for the third year.
The paperwork indicated that the lessee had paid a security deposit of Rs 9.33 lakh.

Akshay Khanna, the spouse of Twinkle Khanna, is a seasoned real estate investor. In 2022, he purchased a house in Khar West for Rs 7.84 crore, while in 2021, he paid ?4.85 crore for an office property in Lodha, codename No. 1 Lodha Place, Upper Worli.
