SpiceJet faces technical glitch; manual check-in activated at airports
PTC Web Desk: SpiceJet has announced that it is experiencing technical challenges with its service provider, impacting online services such as booking, check-in, and manage booking functionalities. Due to these issues, the airline has implemented manual check-in and boarding processes at all airports.
Passengers with upcoming travel plans are advised to arrive at the airport earlier than usual to complete check-in procedures at the airline’s counters. SpiceJet has expressed sincere regret for any inconvenience caused and assured passengers that their teams are diligently working with the service provider to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
“We kindly request passengers with upcoming travel plans to arrive at the airport earlier than usual to complete check-in at our counters. We sincerely regret for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that our teams are diligently working with our service provider to resolve these issues promptly,” the airline stated in an official tweet.
