PTC News Desk: In a significant development in the ongoing anti-drug campaign led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Counter Intelligence (CI) Amritsar has made a major bust, arresting three drug smugglers and seizing 5kg of heroin, announced Punjab’s Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav on Tuesday.
