UGC NET June 2024 exam tomorrow: Reporting time and 6 important guidelines
PTC News Desk: June 18, is when the National Testing Agency, NTA, will administer the UGC NET June Exam 2024. All candidates who plan to appear can download the admit card from the UGC NET official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, which was announced last week.
Two shifts of the UGC NET test for 83 subjects will take place on the same day. The first shift will run from 9.30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Here are the instructions for the exam day and reporting time for all applicants who will be appearing
Time of Reporting
In order to finish the registration and frisking procedures well in advance of the exam start time, candidates must attend to the examination center two hours in advance. The registration desk will close thirty minutes before the test.
Guidelines for exam day
1. It is required of candidates to bring their admit card to the testing location.
2. Candidates in person should also bring one passport-sized photo, a PAN card, a driver’s license, a passport, and an Aadhar card. The name on the photo ID and the name on the admit card ought to match.
3. Every contender will be given a seat with their roll number on it. Only the designated seat should be found and occupied by candidates.
4. As soon as the examination hall opens, candidates should take a seat. The applicants risk missing part of the general instructions that will be announced in the examination rooms/halls if they fail to report on time for whatever reason, such as a traffic jam, a delayed train or bus, etc.
5. The applicant must confirm that the available question paper corresponds to the subject they selected, as stated on their admit card. If the question paper’s subject is different from the one the examinee has chosen, they may bring this to the attention of the relevant examiner.
6. Once applicants enter the exam center, they should not use or attempt to use any technological device.
